Delivery

Delivery charges will apply at the checkout, after you input the delivery address. Shipping prices for pallet delivery vary due to your location in the country and the size of your order.

Small items are shipped via Standard Delivery for £3.99 and will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Garden furniture will be delivered fully assembled by a third-party pallet delivery company, which offers curbside delivery only. The courier will not take the pallet away with them, it is your responsibility to dispose of it. We will provide you with a tracking number and company name, so you can check the status of your order from start to finish. This is an Economy Service, which takes 3-7 working days.

HQ WoodCraft is not responsible for third-party courier delays. We allow up to 14 working days for the order to arrive.

If you come across an on-screen message, saying we are unable to ship to your location, please contact us on info@hqwoodcraft.uk or 07479656832. Please specify what item you would like to buy and provide a delivery address.

We can only deliver self-assembly pergolas locally (for the time being). Please contact us on info@hqwoodcraft.uk or 07479656832. Please specify which pergola you would like to buy and provide a delivery address, we will quote the delivery charge.

Please contact us in advance, so we can check if the product is in stock. If you have chosen Collection at the checkout, you will receive an email or text from us once your order is ready to be collected.

Returns

All items can be returned up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact us via email or phone prior to returning the items. The return must be authorised by a member of our staff. You are responsible for covering the return postage.

Once your request has been authorised, please send your items back to: HQWoodCraft, Unit 2, Second Avenue, Greasley Street, Nottingham, NG6 8NE.

After the returned goods have been inspected by a member of our team, you will be issued a refund for the items. Please note, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
