Product Care

Your furniture is supplied having gone through a preservation process. However, to help and protect to extend life of the furniture, it is strongly recommended that you apply another coat of preservative every 6-12 months. 

Wood is a natural product, which expands and retracts depending on the weather conditions, and as such, we cannot be held liable for any deformation, splitting, cracking, warping etc. as this occurs naturally.

On occasions, resin is present in timber. Should this appear, then simply wipe it with cloth/white spirit.

Any damage or shortage on delivery must be notified by email: info@hqwoodcraft.uk. within 48 hours from receiving your order.

Storing

If possible, store in a dry place. If the product is stored outdoors, protect it with a waterproof cover. Wipe and dry the excess water or snow from flat surfaces after a rain or snow fall. Allow sufficient air circulation to avoid moisture-related damage.
